Nearly all PAW members, not surprisingly, use the blue “Login with Facebook” button to register or login into the PAW website. When you click the Login with Facebook button at PAW, whatever primary email you have in your Facebook settings is automatically brought into the PAW system.
If you’re not receiving any email notifications from PAW, either you have an old or incorrect email in your Facebook settings, or your emails from PAW are going to your spam folder, where you’re not likely to see them unless you frequently check your spam folder.
First, make sure the primary email in your Facebook settings is correct and accessible. Here are Facebook’s instructions to change or update your Facebook email address –

If your Facebook email is correct and accessible, please add “pick-a-wish.org” to your trusted senders list in your email program. It’s probably a good idea as a general rule to check your spam folder anyway. If you see any emails from pick-a-wish.org in your spam folder, simply move them to your inbox and find the setting that adds emails to your trusted senders list. Often, simply adding wordpress@pick-a-wish.org to your address book will do it and all future emails will properly be routed to your inbox instead of the spam folder.
For the Grantors, please make sure to use ALL THREE notification methods noted in the instructions on the Grant-a-Wish page and noted on the Guidelines for Grantors page. This will greatly increase the likelihood that your Wisher will be notified even if they don’t routinely use email, which is apparently the case for many Facebook users.
Wishers and Grantors, your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated in order to keep PAW running smoothly.
Thanks!
